5 GTDS Presents | The REST of KanYe West [Mixtape]

This one was a little more difficult to compile than "The REST of The Neptunes" Tape, because frankly, there isn't much most people haven't heard from KanYe West. But I managed to gather a couple of the lesser known and forgotten gems (plus a new track or two) from over the years. Some tracks you may know, some you proably didn't know existed, but it's still a great tape full of the soulful production as well as the "braggadocious" lyrics we all know Ye for.

We all know the hits, so I'll spare you. But lets reflect on The REST of KanYe West.

Here is a look at a few of Comme des Garcons‘ Fall/Winter 2009 releases from the BLACK Comme des Garcons collection. Abiding to the all black aesthetic of the range, this release sees an interesting use of a black over dye to achieve a neat two-tone fading color effect on some of the perennially popular items from Comme des Garcons. Included in the collection are overdyed checkered and plaid button downs, as well as striped and plain colored long-sleeve tees. A very simple and distinctive Comme des Garcons look that will likely be desired long after the collection’s 18 months existence. Take a look below.

(And The Winner Is...)

Of course you could make the argument that greats like Kanye West, Just Blaze, Alchemist etc. all made their most memorable music in the past 10 years but none have transcended genres and sound like these two have. There was a moment when the 'Tunes were responsible for over 60% of the music you heard on the radio, ALL WHILE having these genuinely well produced and written side projects that fell under the radar.

We all know the hits, so I'll spare you. But lets reflect on The REST of The Neptunes.
