In an initiative looking to bring awareness and resolution to global epidemic of AIDS, the Designers Against AIDS project enters its second collaboration with H&M as 1,000 stores spanning thirty countries all on board. The collection will include a cast of famous stars and celebrities as they each partake in the design of organic cotton t-shirts. The roster of talents include Katy Perry, Roisin Murphy, Pharrell Williams/N.E.R.D., Estelle, Yoko Ono, Dita Von Teese, Cyndi Lauper, Tokio Hotel, Yelle, Robyn, Dangerous Muse and Katharine Hamnett. 25% of all t-shirt sales will be donated to the HIV/AIDS prevention projects of Designers Against AIDS, UNFPA, MTV’s Staying Alive Foundation and YouthAIDS.
